Saraswathi Devasthanam, Basara

At a distance of 62 km from Sai BABA temple Nemli, Basara is a popular pilgrimage site located in Adilabad district of Telangana. Located on the banks of river Godavari, Basara is a popular tourist and pilgrimage site known for the famous Saraswathi temple. The Basara temple is a unique temple of Goddess Saraswati, the Hindu Goddess of Knowledge and Learning. Children are brought here to perform the learning ceremony called Akshara Abyasam. It is believed to be one of the two oldest temples of Goddess Saraswathi in India, the other being located in Kashmir. According to mythology, Maharishi Vyasa, his disciples and sage Viswamitra decided to settle down in a cool and serene atmosphere after the Kurukshetra War. In the quest for a peaceful abode, he came to Dandaka forest and was pleased with serenity of the region, selected this place. Since Maharishi Vyasa spent considerable time in prayers, the place was then called 'Vasara' and later turned into Basara.

Tirumala Venkateshwara Swami Temple, Thimmapur

Tirumala Venkateswara Swamy temple, popularly known as the Telangana Tirumala, is situated on the outskirts of Thimmapur village in Birkoor mandal of Kamareddy district, which is 5 km from Sai temple Nemli
The Venkateswara Swamy statue was consecrated in the temple 74 years ago. During the past decade, the temple has seen a rise in its popularity, similar to Venkanna Konda. There is a pond near to Thimmapur Village, which in recent times Telangana Government developed it as Mini Tank bund and also started boating and named as Ankamganj lake boating point.

Nizam Sagar Dam

At a distance of 25 km from Saibaba temple Nemli, The Nizam Sagar Dam is located in Kamareddy district of Telangana. This is one of the scenic tourist places to visit near Hyderabad.

Nizam Sagar is constructed across the Manjira River, a tributary of the Godavari and flows between the villages Achampet and Banjapalle of the Nizamabad district in Telangana. The Nizam Sagar dam was constructed during the year 1923 to 1931 by Mir Osman Ali Khan, the then ruler of the royal Hyderabad. People from 40 villages were relocated for the construction of this dam. This dam was among the world's largest dams at that time. Legends like Mahatma Gandhi and Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru visited this place in 1940s.

The site of the Nizam Sagar Dam is noted for its superb scenic beauty and it attracts a lot of tourists. The dam has beautiful flower gardens. Boating in the dam is another tourist attraction
